Delivery policy
We ship worldwide, except Russia, Ukraine and South Africa. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday. Please allow 1-2 working days for processing before sending your order. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipping. Shipment tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of order. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder.
U.S. Shipping
Customers in the US can choose from shipping options via DHL. All shipments to PO Boxes will be shipped via DHL. Estimated shipping time for shipments within the US is 3-5 business days. For a full list of exact calculated shipping rates, please checkout. Delivery complications are rare, but please contact the shipping company to resolve them. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we are unable to offer assistance. Exalted is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or for lost shipments due to address errors.
International Shipping
International customers can choose from a range of shipping options through DHL and Parcel Service. Estimated shipping time for international shipments is 5-30 business days, however faster options are available. For a full list of accurately calculated shipping rates, please checkout. Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the charges, your package will be returned to the seller and the order price will be refunded, excluding postage.
